The Life of the Stone | Rodin’s The Kiss

It’ around 4 degrees Celsius in Edinburgh (welcome to Scotland the brave).

Within the Scottish National Gallery the world is boiling.

The marble bursts and the passion emerges – damn you to hell François-Auguste-René Rodin .

I walked around The Kiss, then walked around again. I stood, breathed a little unsteadily and continued the round of desire.

Somehow I managed to cry a little (discreetly).

These are the things caused by Art, people say to me. Sometimes they are right.

Such Art exists because Love exists, I say to people. Sometimes I am right.
